"You are a specialist travel agent, does that mean you will charge me a
fee?"
No, we do not believe in charging a fee for our
services, or services are FREE! This is because the personal
service and experience that we offer, unlike most big name high-street
travel agents; should be expected as the 'norm' by every couple booking a
wedding abroad.
"Isn't it cheaper
to book everything 'direct'?"
No, there are a lot of cowboys out there for a start! and how do you
know they won't just take your deposit and run. When you book things
'direct' you have to pay various suppliers' deposits - hotels, airlines,
wedding coordinators, photographers etc. We just take on small deposit at
the time of confirming your booking. Also many suppliers are just out to
'bag' the best commission and will book you somewhere just to line their
pockets. We don't take money off you for receptions or venues, you pay
this to the hotel in resort and we claim no commissions from this.
"Can we book our
travel arrangements with you too?"
Yes! We are fully bonded TTA members and only supply, ATOL and ABTA bonded
holidays. This ensures that you have full financial and consumer
protection for your wedding abroad and honeymoon, in the event of failures or problems in resort.
"Our travel agent
tells us we have to organise the reception and extras in resort..."
Rubbish! This is a con used by some companies to enable their reps in
resort to earn more commission. Basically they will try to force you to
hold your reception at the restaurant where they get the best money from!
All of our receptions are planned and booked in advance, right down to
table plans and menus if you wish!
"I'm not sure
about the paperwork..."
Don't worry, we work with you every step of the way to ensure your
paperwork is completed during the specified dates and in plenty of time
before your wedding.
"Can we book our
wedding date and time?"
Yes we will always endeavour to book and confirm your wedding date, and in
some countries we can even confirm the time. If not, we will at least
request the time that your prefer.
"It says on the
Internet that..."
One of the most popular ones!... We will give you our honest opinions
about each property. We will tell you which hotels are 'Wedding Factories'
and churn out dozens of weddings a week. We DO NOT work with these hotels!
Also, our consultants have visited or planned weddings at many of the
hotels we promote, so no doubt we have first-hand experience to pass on to
you.
"Our group can't
afford to stay in the same hotel as us..."
Not a problem. We can book them in to hotels nearby (which we will of
course recommend) and we can coordinate them on your wedding day. Ensuring
they are picked up and transported.
"I want the
reassurance of booking with a big company"
We are fully bonded independent and impartial travel
agents, we are not tied to promote just one produce like some companies.
We will offer you the RIGHT holiday suited to your wishes. We do not
handle thousands of holidays a year, and therefore you will not be put on
hold and asked to "Press one now" when you call us. Our staff will also be
familiar with your booking details, not like some random call-centre
consultant.
"I can't find what
I'm looking for on your website..."
Anything is possible! We can't cover all angles on our website, so please
ask us the question. As it will most probably be possible! We look forward
